To teach the Word of God through the LOVE OF GOD through FAITH in JESUS CHRIST to a dying world. We are a ministry that wants to cultivate new believers and assist them along their walk of salvation. We are committed to teaching the truth about the Gospel and to win souls for Jesus until HIS coming.
NOW THE LORD IS THAT SPIRIT: AND WHERE THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS, THERE IS LIBERTY . AND WE ALL, WITH OPEN FACE BEHOLDING AS IN A GLASS THE GLORY OF THE LORD, WE ARE CHANGED FROM GLORY TO GLORY, EVEN AS BY THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD
(2 CORINTHIANS 3:17-19 KJV)
• Our Beliefs •
We believe we are saved through faith in Jesus Christ and the finished work of the CROSS.
We believe the BIBLE and the core Christian foundation of salvation by faith in Christ alone, redemption by the birth, life, death, burial, and resurrection. The renewing of the mind by THE WORD OF GOD, and the indwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT.
We believe Jesus Christ was the only begotten son of God the father. He came to redeem mankind onto the Father. He died and shed HIS BLOOD for the remission of sins, so that mankind is able to live in harmony with God the Father.
FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. FOR GOD SENT NOT HIS SON INTO THE WORLD TO CONDEMN THE WORLD; BUT THAT THE WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED
(JOHN 3:16-17 KJV)
• Our Senior Pastors •
Dennis Davis Sr.
Apostle
The Apostle was born June 12, 1959, the second oldest of 4 children. He spent the first 4 years in Hattiesburg, Miss. before his mother moved the family to Los Angeles, Ca. This is where Dennis later accepted Christ as his personal savior.
For that moment, God has had His hand upon Dennis' life within the body of Christ at a very early age. This is when the Holy Spirit began to prepare him for the task that God had ordained for his life. Pastor Davis has been involved in all the working functions of the ministry and the body of Christ. Dennis showed his faithfulness and became a Jr. Deacon at a very young age. At the age of 12 years old, Dennis was called and chosen by the Lord to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
At the age of 16 he was licensed and became the youth pastor of Community Missionary Baptist in Pomona, CA. He continued pastoring until he enlisted in the US Marine Corp. He served 5 years and was discharged and returned back to Pomona, CA.
Dennis had a moment in this journey where God created a fish to preserve him for his restoration later. In 2011, God restored and blessed him to marry his beautiful wife Tracey. After joining together the vision of Greater New Life Worship Center was birthed in 2013 and manifested in their living room in Columbia, SC.
As Senior Pastor of Greater New Life Worship Center, Apostle Davis is dedicated to bringing the message of Grace, preaching the redemption of the Cross and rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
